The Departments of BME, CSE, ECE, EEE, IT & MECH are accredited by National Board of Accreditation. The institute offers Nine Undergraduate (B.E) courses in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering,  Bio medical Engineering , Robotics and Automation, B.Tech course in Information Technology , Artificial Intelligence and Data Science,Computer Science and Business Systems . UG Courses:-

Eligibility Criteria-Regular :- Minimum educational qualification should be 10+2 and should possess minimum 50% of mark in his/her studies as per the norms of Anna University. Candidates should have studied mathematics as one of the subjects in their Higher Secondary level.

Eligibility Criteria-Lateral Entry :- Diploma Holders (various branches) are also eligible to join II year of B.E/B.Tech directly. Minimum requirements for Diploma Holders: Admission to II year B.E. / B.Tech.

Minimum average marks in the Pre-Final and Final semesters put together or Final year

• General Category – 55%
• Backward class including Backward Class Muslim – 50%
• Most Backward Class & DNC – 45% 
• SC/ST – Mere pass in the qualifying examination for Diploma examinations as stipulated by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Tamil Nadu / B.Sc. Degree examinations / Equivalent.

Admission Process:-  

The admission notice is published in all the leading news papers and in the TNEA (TAMIL NADU ENGINEERING ADMISSION) website. The admission of students to all the programmes is through a Single Window Admission System, administered by Anna University. The higher secondary marks are scaled to 200, based on which the merit list/ ranks are released. Counseling is conducted based upon the ranking.
